MOP: GCASH (PHP) for PH clients & PAYPAL (USD) for INTL clientsREVISIONS
Maximum of 3 (MAJOR) revisions are only allowed after the sketch phase. (Major revisions include changing the entire pose, angle, or character/s). Anything more than the maximum will have an extra fee (+2 USD).Minor revisions will NOT be charged during the entire phase. (Minor revisions include small changes in the character's clothes, pose, or color palette, adding more small accessories or touches, etc).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
All commissioned illustrations are guaranteed to be delivered within 3-28 days depending on the complexity of the illustration. The client will be immediately notified and informed if the illustration is delayed.Rush orders are charged with an extra fee depending on the deadline AND complexity of the illustration.The commissioned illustration's file will be sent via Email.USE
Personal use. The commissioned illustration can be used in whatever ways the client desires as long as it is personal. The commissioned illustration is still considered personal use based on the following conditions:
For profile pictures or cover photos in any social media platform.When sharing with friends or loved ones in DMs, Group DMs, or Discord servers.For personal projects that have no monetary gain. (E.g. cover photo for the client's free mods in a certain game).Monetized use. The commission illustration for monetized use are charged with an extra fee depending in the complexity of the illustration. (E.g. YouTube thumbnails)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the right to post and share the commissioned illustration in my platforms and portfolio. NDAs are charged depending on the style or complexity of the illustration.The client has the right to post and share the commissioned illustration in their respective platforms. They MUST properly credit or tag my respective platform in the description.REFUNDS
My commissions are non-refundable! It is to avoid any mishaps or unnecessary hassle in the refund systems of the payment platform.COMMUNICATION
My DMs are always open for more questions! Slow replies will happen during the weekdays. I will do my best to respond to your messages immediately when I can!I will send WIP updates as proof that the commissioned illustration is being worked on and not neglected.
